Join us for the 12th Annual Giant Loop Ride, an adventure motorcycle rally weekend in the high desert of Eastern Oregon, based out of beautiful Crane Hot Springs.

All street legal bike types and riders of all skills levels are welcome – sport, dual sport, scramblers, adventure touring – and you can ride your own route or choose from a variety of routes and form your own groups to suit most any bike and rider skill level. THURSDAY, JUNE 1

• 9:00 ’til DINNER Riders arrive, sign in and receive swag bag, set up camp, etc. No-hookups camping is included for Friday and Saturday night – other accommodations and additional nights must be arranged with Crystal Crane Hot Springs: 541-493-2312.

• DEMO RIDES! Harley-Davidson and Royal Enfield will have demo bikes – sign up early and ride them all.

• Vendors are joining us, representing some of the finest brands and companies in powersports. Bring a little extra cash and get the chance to preview and demo gear.

• Route maps and GPS tracks will be SENT IN EMAIL PRIOR TO RIDE! Please download and review before leaving for Crystal Crane. Riders should form a group of three or more, and decide on routes on Friday.

• Prep bikes and riders for Friday and Saturday. rides – best to have a FULL tank of gas ready for ride out in morning.

• 4:00 – 5:00 Ask The GPS Guru with world traveler Laura Seaver.

• 5:00 Packaged beverages (beer, wine, cider, water, soft drinks) and snacks served.

• 6:00 Mandatory riders meeting.

• 6:30 CHUCKWAGON Ranch Style Dinner – brought to you in part by Moto Camp Nerd

• DEMO RIDES! Harley-Davidson and Royal Enfield will have demo bikes – sign up early and ride them all.

• Ride Day! This BIG country, so you’ll want all of the daylight available – everyone is on their own for lunch.

• 5:00 Return to camp for snacks and beverages

• 5:30 Riding skills games and contest

• 6:30 CHUCKWAGON Francis Estep’s Smokin’ Pit BBQ Dinner!

Important information about the 12th Annual Giant Loop Ride:

All riders are expected to be self-sufficient and equipped with all tools and supplies needed to be safe and comfortable.
This is not a paid guided trip. Riders are free to choose any route they wish to ride, and riders are responsible for all required permits, licenses, etc.
Route suggestions and GPS tracks are provided free of charge for your convenience.
This is some of the most rugged and remote country in the lower 48 states. We recommend using a SPOT, inReach or similar device for self-rescue. Cell phone coverage is unreliable in rural Oregon. There are no support vehicles, and many available routes are far from medical and mechanical help. Consider signing up for and emergency service provider, such as Air Link or Life Flight.
Unpaid volunteers will be available to facilitate forming groups of riders with similar skills, bike types and interests, but riders are responsible for themselves, are free to choose any route they wish to ride and are free to ride with any other riders – or by themselves as individuals.
